BlockBundle ~ Improve cache handling

The cache handling in the block bundle has been refactored to fix some issues, mainly the ttl wasn't well computed in some cases. Important thing: a block is supposed to be cached by default, if you need a private block you call setPrivate to the Response object, or call the renderPrivateResponse method (available with tag 2.2.6).

If you need more information about cache computation, please refer to the documentation:

The profiler has been reworked to include cache information: TTL, lifetime, backend, cache keys (with contextual cache keys).

The profiler also include information about nested resources required by each blocks.

These improvements are available for the PageBundle and the Symfony CMF Project
